ViewSpike LLC ("ViewSpike", "we", "us") sells digital educational products delivered electronically. This policy explains when you can request a refund and how.
01 Our guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your purchase.
02 How refunds work
Because products are digital and delivered immediately, a "refund" is a reversal of your payment, not a return of goods. To request a refund, submit a request through our contact form and include your order number or the email used at checkout. We process eligible refunds within 5 business days, to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
03 What is not eligible
- Requests made after the refund window has closed.
- Repeated requests that indicate misuse of this policy.
04 Disputes
If you believe a charge is in error, contact us through our contact form first. Charges appear on your statement under ViewSpike LLC or the name of the storefront where you purchased.
